Straight from the heart and into the yearbook! Our staff is again offering the opportunity to make the 2008-2009 yearbook special for your child with a recognition ad. Whether your son or daughter is a preschooler or a graduate, a recognition ad is always a great idea. In the future, seeing your message will bring a smile as they remember your love and support during these important years. And, it’s easy to create a recognition ad. Just send us a copy of your favorite photo and compose your message. Regardless of the occasion, your ad provides a great way to recognize a student or event in a unique way.

Calling all Business Patrons! It takes discipline and teamwork to put together a quality yearbook, and that’s what makes it so rewarding. We hope you will support our efforts by purchasing a business ad in the 2008-2009 edition of the Wakefield Country Day School yearbook. Creating a business ad is easy, our staff can design an ad for you or you can send us camera-ready art. No matter how big or small your business, your ad provides a great way for the students, parents and faculty of WCDS to know that you care.

payment and all ad materials by Jauary 5, 2009

Step by Step Instructions

Fill out a 2008-2009 Ad Order Form:

Provide text, photos and/or camera-ready art. Please note the Photo Submission & Camera-Ready guidelines on this page.
Provide Payment. Checks, payable to WCDS, or cash.
Send in Ad Order Form with payment and all ad materials (text, photos and/or camera-ready art), by 1/5/09. Mail to the school, or email us

Camera-Ready Art is crisp, clean, large (at least 100%), high-quality, previously designed art that is ready to be scanned and used, or a high-resolution soft-copy of the ad, (a high-quality jpeg, eps, tiff or pdf formatted file saved to a cd or sent as an email attachment), submitted with this form. Faxes, ads torn from the yellow pages, business cards, poor-quality inkjet printouts or 3rd generation xeroxed copies are not camera-ready art.

Photo submission guidelines

Do not cut, glue or tape photos.
Care will be taken to return photos; however, copy prints should be provided for irreplaceable photos. We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged photos.
Writing lightly in pencil, put your name, address and phone number on the back of each photo. Photos will be returned when the yearbooks arrive.
The yearbook staff reserves the right to reject photos or text or ask the customer to make changes to conform to the staff's standards.
