ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES:
Fees cover the cost of all book rentals and purchases for the academic year. Books will be distributed by the classroom teacher at the beginning of school. In Grade 4, all texts and musical instruments required by the general music teacher are distributed by the music teacher and are covered by the book fees. These same materials are used in Grades 5 and 6 and should be retained by the student. All new students entering Grades 5 and 6 will receive their musical supplies without paying an additional fee. Fees for returning students in Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 do not include charges for the WCDS Great 100, the MLA Handbook, or the WCDS Grammar Summary Outline. These books are available for purchase at the school and are included in the book fees for students entering Grade 8, as well as all new students. Students who need to replace any purchased or rented materials will pay the replacement cost.

Payment Incentive/Discount:
A tuition discount for each student is offered if the enrollment contract, $600 nonrefundable enrollment fee, Fee and Payment form, and a completed SMART form are turned in by Feb. 21st.

Deferred Tuition Payments:
Tuition payments may be deferred and paid monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually
after all enrollment forms are submitted and a nonrefundable enrollment fee of
$600 per child is paid. All deferred tuition payments are made through the SMART
Tuition Management Services Payment Plan. Annual charges for the Extended Day
Program, bus fees, activity fees, and books may be included in deferred payment
plans. Enrollment forms are available in the Admissions Office.
*Activity and administrative fees include cost of school documents and distributed publications and information, field trip transportation, sports program (coaches and staff, transportation, uniforms, etc.), yearbook, fees for foreign language tests, WCDS-administered standardized tests, art supplies, science labs, and school support for special events.
